Sander Hermann is a professional shooting coach for high school, college and NBA players in Orange County and Los Angeles, California. He is an expert at teaching the mechanics of jump shooting, free throws and the low post position. Sander has an eye for recognizing and making precise adjustments, with all player's inconsistencies. He uses a systematic process when teaching how to shoot, controlling the ball speed and managing flight accuracy. Shooting lessons and private training is available at the American Sports Center in Anaheim, California. This is a 240,000 square foot facility that has 20 basketball courts and the home of USA Volleyball Teams. It's located 1 mile from Disneyland in Orange County and 40 minutes from Los Angeles Airport.
20 Years Coaching Experience
Sander has coached basketball for over 20 years in Hawaii and Southern California. He's coached at the best high schools in the country like Punahou Prep in Honolulu, where President Obama graduated from, currently he trains players from nationally ranked Mater Dei in Orange County and has players at Harvard and Stanford University. Sander is the personal shooting coach for Wesley Saunders of Harvard University, Ivy League Player Of The Year 2014, Marcus and Malcolm Allen of Stanford University and was requested by the Los Angeles Clippers (June 2012) to work with Blake Griffin on jump shooting and free throws.
