Sander Hermann- Pro Shooting Coach / Trainer 20 Years
Sander Hermann is a private basketball coach in Orange County, Los Angeles and
San Diego. With 20 years of training ages 9-18, high school, college and professional
players, he is an expert shooting coach and world class trainer. Private lessons can be
held at various locations, depending on your location and weekly schedule.
Sander develops players on 3 important areas of basketball: shooting, dribbling and scoring! As a professional shooting coach, he has the advantage of training players on every shot while developing basketball fundamentals. Remember, 80% of basketball is shooting and it's very important to get the best training for jump shooting, free throws and off the dribble shots.
Player Shooting And Habits!
Most players develop bad habits on the mechanics of shooting, while playing youth basketball. Unfortunately, the coaches that help at the lower age groups usually have very little experience and players must learn the mechanics, timing and speed of shooting. Coach Sander is a master shooting coach and has developed hundreds of players over the years. He is the private coach for Wesley Saunders of Harvard (2014 Ivy League Player Of Year) and 2012 the Clippers personally requested his expertise for Blake Griffin.
Wesley Saunders - Most Accomplished Player In Harvard History!
LA native Wesley Saunders of Harvard University just completed the most accomplished career in Harvard Basketball. It all started back in the summer of 2012, after his freshman year. Wesley's mother contacted me searching for a private trainer, to work on his shooting mechanics, per request from Tommy Amaker, coach at Harvard. We met and I evaluated his shot recognizing various inconsistencies and a need for expert training. They agreed to summer training focusing on jump shooting, attack moves and free throws several days per week. Following his summer development from his 2nd year to this year as a senior, Wesley put up numbers and accomplished more than any other Harvard player in 103 years.
Wesley Saunders is currently preparing for the NBA Draft in June 2015. His freshman year, he averaged 3.3 ppg coming off the bench as a shooting guard. After our summer of training along with the past two off seasons, Wesley's game average went from 3.3 ppg to 16.2, 14.5 and 16.8 this season. He was voted 1st team all Ivy Conference past 3 seasons, Player Of Year 2014, 4 straight Ivy League Titles, 4 straight NCAA appearances with two wins and several All American Selections. In addition, he was recently invited to the Portsmouth Invitational in Virginia, to work out for all NBA teams prior to the draft. Finally, along with his high shooting percentages, Wesley averages 6 rebounds, 4 assists and 2 steals per game. Look for him in the June Draft 2015.
